This month we’re introducing Louiza Smith, our Client Relationship Manager!

Louiza joined ACap Asset Management as the Executive Assistant in May 2016, and graduated from UCLA with a BA in Anthropology in June of the same year. After graduation, Louiza decided to diverge from her past studies and explore the financial industry, and is enjoying learning about investing, retirement planning, and finance. Louiza is now the Client Relationship Manager at ACap and is thrilled to be able to assist our clients with their needs. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her loved ones, hiking, strolling local gardens and beaches. Louiza has also recently revitalized a past hobby of hers, painting landscapes in watercolor.

What is your favorite thing about working at ACap?

Working with a team that has a vigorous work ethic and great sense of humor.

Who was your celebrity crush growing up?

Usher!

Which three countries are on your bucket list?

French-Polynesia, Greece, Indonesia (Bali).

What is on your current playlist?

Various Podcasts, such as NPR’s Planet Money, and my favorite artists, Billie Eilish and DJ Hardwell.

What was your favorite subject in college?

Anatomy, especially working with cadavers!

What advice would you give to your 15 year old self?

As Caroline Myss put it, “Always go with the choice that scares you the most, because that’s the one that is going to help you grow.”

Friends, I relate to the characters and the humor.

Using one word, how would you describe ACap?

Virtuous.

If you had a superpower, what would it be?

Teleportation.

What three things can you not live without?

Aside from the absolute necessities (Family and friends), music/dance, coffee, and spontaneous adventures.
