ACap will work with bankers to obtain the lowest cost of funds, negotiate terms for bank loans, lines of credit, and other forms of financing. In addition, ACap will create financial models to calculate net present values or other forms of valuation models to assess the profitability of proposed investments and/or projects.

5. Create Financial Systems and Strategy

Operational efficiency saves time and money. ACap works with management to streamline existing processes to create efficiencies. Whether it is ensuring proper segregation of duties or automating a manual task, ACap will identify and implement cost saving procedures. ACap will also work with executive management in the development, feasibility, and implementation of the strategic plan.

6. Liaise with External CPA

Coordination between outside professionals and internal management is an integral part of running an efficient business, free of unwanted and untimely surprises. ACap will work with your company’s external CPA to ensure the company’s financial statements are accurate and ready for the filing of the entity’s tax returns.
